I just wanted to tell you how happy I am with regards to the fire and fire surround I bought from you. I was a bit reluctant to order from the Internet but liked the look of the Marble Corbel surround with cast arch so much I thought it was worth it. The fireplace arrived all sealed tight in a large wooden box. I have now had them fitted and am over the moon with them. My sister was so impressed with the service I received that she has decided to order the same one as I did. You should receive her order soon.

To be honest, we had committed to purchasing our fireplace over the internet, but after speaking to one of your sales team, we discovered that you had a showroom quite local to us. Thank heavens for the visit. As one of your assistants said, take our time, we have to look at it for years. How true! (We were initially looking act a contemporary wooden surround with brushed steel fire but bought a Tulip Tiled cast with an Oak corbel surround – very different!).
